Above is Gary D's 1966 Chrysler Newport. It was recently featured in High Performance MOPAR, not only because of its pristine condition, but also because this 440 V8 with six barrel carburetion powered car has also run a best time of 13.400 seconds at 103 M.P.H. Not bad for a 5000 lb. land yacht! Other features include a Torqueflite automatic transmission and Dana 60 rear with 3.73:1 gear ratio, air conditioning, cruise control, power windows, back seat heater, and cellular phone. I don't think that the phone was a factory option!
